Community center

COA Community Center was born during the COVID pandemic. The people were hungry, desperate and in great need of food, clothing and a word of encouragement. 

Unfortunately we experienced several robberies on our property, and rather than seeing it as something bad, it gave us the opportunity to look at our community and its great need for support. 

With a carton of eggs, some bean bags, face masks and lots of hand sanitizer we opened our doors to feed over 150 people the first time. The number grew to 300 people who we fed every week during the pandemic.

God provided what was necessary to keep us open for a year and a half. Then we started opening every two weeks or a month. 

COA community center is a space of support, listening and prayer for our families who are experiencing economic and family difficulties.

We collect clothes, food, and cleaning supplies throughout the month, we take a part of what comes to our house and give it to our people, knowing that God will always provide for us and it has to flow outwards as well.
